RETURNS
FirstTreks.com guarantees all products we sell for 30 days from date of purchase.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you may return
it for a full refund, excluding shipping and handling charges. There is no restocking
fee with the exception of Trail-Gator Tow Bars. There is a $20.00 restocking
fee applied to the return of each Trail-Gator Tow Bar. Return Authorization
is not required. Please include a copy of the original invoice with all returns
and note the reason for the return.

Should problems arise with merchandise after 30 days from the date of purchase, contact the manufacturer directly per the warranty information included with the product. All of the manufacturers of the products sold by FirstTreks.com offer excellent warranties. Contact FirstTreks.com at 888-672-7657 if you require assistance in contacting a manufacturer regarding a warranty claim.
DAMAGED & SHORT SHIPMENTS
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives with obvious physical damage to the packing box, please inspect the package contents before accepting the package. If an item is missing from the package and/or there is damage to an item, do not accept the delivery and request that the carrier’s representative make a note of the problem. Immediately contact FirstTreks.com at 888-672-657 and we will ship a replacement order (dependent on item availability).
